Simply the best sushi restaurant in the world (and I have been to a number of them over the numerous years I spent in Japan). Book a few days in advance and don't hesitate to enter there : there is no big sign showing the entrance of this incredible 12 seats B1 floor restaurant but many people know it and rush there. No choice in the menu there (you can tell how hungry you are and if you dislike some specific itemsm though !) : the chef will offer what he has found as the best possible fish on the day you visit him. The ever smiling owners are delightful ! For non Japanese speakers, the chef and his wife can speak English. They have been there for long and will easily share part of their long life with you, which will contribute to make this visit unforgettable. Can you believe : they have 5 kids (how much is the average in Japan ?) ! Surprise if you come with younger ones : the chef will also perform some magic tricks when the service is over if you ask...
